Re: Classic Coke Flush--anyone done it?

Hi,I have done the classic coke flush for the first time last week on the full moon and got great results.

I passed the biggest stone to date with it and am going to do it again tonight.

I also continued to pass more stones for days after the flush so I think that it is just as good as the Clark one.

And yes, I basically followed the same protocol as The Clark Flush by eating no fat and then not eating after 2:00 pm.

The only thing that I do different I substitute the Epsoms Salt with the Magnesium Citrate (I can tolerate this much better) and then drink the coke concoction at 10:00pm.
