Re: How do you know when you're cured?

Checked out the linked protocol. My first impression is that I quite like it. My current plan is to introduce probiotics, mainly through fermented foods, before doing the antifungals. However I am having difficulty tolerating probiotics. Some people say you need to reduce the yeast with antifungals before taking probiotics. Has this been the case in your experience?

Are you taking prescription AFs too?

I like the idea of vitamin D3 to stimulate immune response. That's been on my list of things to try for a while. I'm already taking Bacillus coagulans.

I'm glad you've made progress. I hope you continue to recovery. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you look at cultured vegetables and kefir as long term healthy foods to reduce the chance of relapse.
