I've been only drinking water really and eating an only organic diet of primarily beef, tuna, salmon, eggs and raw veggies. Sometimes I will sautee some spinach or cook some broccoli/cauliflower. Once every couple of weeks I will have a 1/2 cup of brown rice/quinoa. But that's pretty much what I've been living on. The protocol I am following also encourages drinking green tea, which I avoided because of caffeine... But after talking to the herbalist myself and he gave me the go ahead I tried and it didn't make me bloated or aggravate my candida (after 2 months of following the protocol).Oh and I have been eating a lot of almond butter, sometimes I spread it on a bell pepper. I know it sounds weird, but trust me when I can have some BREAD, I will be loving that! He also told me I could drink yerba mate, which I have started drinking and enjoy.. No carrots, beets, yams, sweet potatoes, potatoes, rice (except what I mentioned), no cultured veggies/fermented foods... That's it..
