hi badlips, by eating a small portion of eggs, chicken & salmon a few times per week you will have more than enough protein to satisfy your bodies needs. There is protein in just about everything we eat including grains, fruits and vegetables.

Protein is 'overhyped'. Your body is able to recycle, create and maintain a large stockpile of protein ready to use at all times that can last for weeks without eating any meat products.

95% of people on a western American diet consume TOO MUCH protein and not enough alkaline water-based foods like fruits & veg.
