Yes,thanks geni for repliying. I was talking about slight carbonation too, not realy very fizzy..:) Just a slight carbonation, that is what I want and I don't have it, period. No matter what I do. Do you ferment 24 hours or more? Colder or warmer? Is it slightly carbonated right after you finish fermentation or you keep it strained and closed for day or two. Do you have a bit "yeasty" aroma, bacause I dont' have it period. It just smels like fresh cheese. It is nice, but not what I read about Kefir. And that is what I like the most in kefir. I am puzzled.
