colonic, or coffee enema

A colonic may be very helpful in eliminating the gas. If you can afford one, see if you can get it scheduled as soon as possible. If not, at least try a high enema with warm distilled (or at least filtered) water followed by a coffee enema. //

Lots of good information at that link on why a coffee enema may help, although a colonic would be more thorough.

In your case, it does sound more like a 'stone' that's in the colon, not stuck working it's way through the bile ducts. The 'stone' and the subsequent toxins may be causing your symptoms and getting that gunk OUT is the main priority.

[However, if you worry next flush over a stuck 'stone' due to pain or very pale stools, you can try a mini-flush over just drinking more Epsom Salts . Try not to eat any oil or fat that day, but increase your intake of water. In the evening, take a single dose of the Epsom Salt mixture, wait about an hour to an hour and a half then follow with a single dose of the oil mixture. Lay down and try to rest after the oil.

Yes, the Epsom Salts are dehydrating, but to alleviate the pain it helps to allow the magnesium to relax the smooth tissues before more oil is ingested.

Remember to drink a lot of water the following day as well to help your kidneys handle the increased load. After the stuck 'stone' has passed, wait 3 to 4 weeks before doing another flush to allow your body to rest from all the increased Epsom Salts .]
