I did some bowel cleansing when I first started,from P&B shakes to a couple of 3 day Nothing-but-apple fasts. I also made some major changes in my diet, much more raw fruit and vegetables, no fast food, little to no wheat or White Sugar , etc. I now read labels and avoid anything it takes a chemist to understand.
If I don't get my energy back by the next night after a flush or my body gives me another signal that toxins are still hanging around my colon, I'll do a coffee enema that night and another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the next morning. Only have had to do that twice, however.
