Standard APA Protocol?

I'm unable to locate much info and what I have found is contradictory, So I'm here to ask;

I have before me a 600mg bottle of Alpha Lipoic Acid, obviously too high a dosage unless broken down.

What is the standard protocol and dosage for chelating with APA alone?

Would it benefit to take MSM, Vitamin C, and/or a Multi alongside APA, and at what dose?
