I thought this was interesting: 2 cups of broccoli gives you 400% of your USRDA dose of vitamin C (246mg). Wow. That's not bad for food. And it's doubtlessly in an easily assimilated form. 400% a day may not be quite enough for your recovery therapy, but it ain't bad. No reason not to add this super healthy food to your overall plan.
