Did you know magnesium citrate is a laxative? It draw water to the bowel helping with constipation.

Vic conte of Balco(yea that guy) is probrably the top "mineral expert" around.
He says you should take magnesium before bed,500mgs. Magnesium has a calming effect on the system and can cause day time sleepiness.

He recommends Magnesium asporatate
