Hi Karina, you can get Lugols online in the US, in tablet form or liquid, it doesn't really matter which form you take, its more a matter of preference. I honestly believe that Iodine saved my life. My Mum died at 48 years of age, from breast cancer, and for most of her life she suffered from FBD and uterine fibroids, she had an hysterectomy when she was 36, because of a fibroid the size of a football. I believe if she had known about the importance of Iodine for treating these conditions, she would still be alive today.
