hi,

your gall bladder may be inflammed due to you have pain in your gb. dont take ACV as it destroys the upper layers of our stomach, the people like us who have gall stones have acdidity problem simultaneously. becauz due to gall stones we are not able to dissolve the acid in our stomach as a normal person. so when where is acidity increases in our gb we must feel pain in our stomach any where. so dont take ACV and take tables to lowering the acdidity, drink a lot of water near about 8 to 10 glass in one hour, it will help.

take ES only when you are flushing, dont take in regular days.
