Re: Remember folks...

HV, I cannot tell you how much I value these responses; this kind of information.

You made a comment in a post recently:

"The fact is that we do not need massive doses of vitamins or minerals. This is the exact reason that the body works so hard to eliminate the excess vitamins and minerals it cannot use when people megadose. And all this work is just more stress on an already taxed system."

An amazingly simple and predictable thing keeps happening. When pursuing a health related concept, instead of looking for the shrink wrapped, pressed pill, packaged vitamin, mineral, herb, whatever... because of being vigilant in your forum and listening to what you continue to espouse, I look for the nutrient based on the natural food side of things.

You know what? Take adrenal fatigue for instance. has been a huge lesson. When pursuing the processed based solutions, results are always all over the map. They are not consistent much less sustainable.

When staying intent on the nutrient side of things, like, ingesting the natural food side of a solution, guess what? It works far better. Far more consistent. Far more predictable. And sustainable.

Hardly news to you or most. But I have to say, and everyone is different, but here, this simple way of seeking out the nutrient or natural food approach has such superior results than chasing down aisles of pills and supplements. That is here.

Anyway, wanted to again acknowledge how much your skills and experience have an impact.
