Thanks, amagico, for sharing your experience with the crucifers, especially broccoli, spinach and kale. I have been using a lot of them when juicing. It's funny... for the first several days I felt better after drinking the raw juice, but then I started getting tired and getting nausea after drinking it. So I'm taking a break from juicing.
I actually had thyroid problems when I first started having adrenal problems, and I have an aunt who had a goiter, so it runs in the family I guess.
