Re: Osteoporosis and back pain

Your lower back pain could be due to compressions caused by bone loss in the vertebral disks, however you do not state whether your osteoporosis is localized or genralized. The so called "Dowagers Hump" in women is usually caused by bone loss in the vertebrae and sometimes augmented by scoliosis.

I am coming out with a web site targeted to "Curing Osteoporosis", the causes and the lies we are fed by the Dairy industry and the large Drug companies. Osteoporosis is only at epidemic levels in North America and a "few" European countries. Why?? Well surprisingly research done by the University of Harvard and other well known medical researchers have emphatically stated that Dairy:

Is like pouring acid rain on the bones!
Animal protein promotes bone loss at a very high rate.
The calcium in milk is really not as absorbable as you are led to believe.

And the list goes on. I will have over 230 pages of cold hard facts. please visit the site in 2 weeks at Osteoporosis-Info.com.

If you have any questions please e-mail me back. I can provide you wioth details on how to start building bone mass and it does not necessitate HRP!

Your,

Greg Rauscher
