I'm so sorry for what you're going through. How odd that you're having the same symptoms so long after removal that many women have with the Mirena in place. I have to wonder if the influence of the artificial hormone isn't as likely a cause as post surgical adhesions, especially in light of your lack of normal menstruation. Just a thought.
