When I did my first 3 liver flushes- I spaced them one week apart from each other.
I lost about 10 lbs just from these flushes and I dont run or belong to a gym.
I am also not eating meat, but all raw fruits, nuts and veggies-- and whole grains, with olive oil and other healthy oils and seasonings.
I still have pizza from time to time- but not nearly as much as I did. The 10 lbs were excess weight I could do without, and it wasnt like I kept losing more after that.- I just stabilized to the weight I should be- no less.
