You can- merely purchase the following herbs either in capsule or tincture form . The capsule form is probably more commonly available in stores:

1-Wormwood
2-Black Walnut
3-Cloves (the type used in baking- in the seasoning dept of your grocer)

You can also throw in Hyssop, Fennel, And Burdock Root (flukes hate Burdock root, and flukes also are very common parasites)

Grapefruit seed extract, Oregano Oil and Garlic are also very strong against parasites. You can purge out a few just from ingesting any of these three the night before. Raw pineapple is also good as well as raw papaya and the papaya seeds.
