may i ask why you are taking no fat? we NEED fat to survive and to digest protein etc!!! that's why no fat diet doesn't work!! it's sometimes a struggle for me to keep my weight up at 95 pounds, and i do it by mixing olive oil (organic) with my morning shakes and eating good nuts like brazil nuts, walnuts (chewing many times and eating slowly)....
you are right not to drink milk though... seems like it does a body a lot of HARM!!
