I am just like you two! Very hard for me as well. I usually keep some fruit juice on hand and have a few sips to at least take the edge off of the hunger. This time I got some strawberry kiwi sorbet and had about 4 spoonfuls about 4:00 with some water. It at least helped a teeny bit. It didn't make feel sick after the OO (Olive-Oil) and this flush produced some of the darkest green, oldest stones I have gotten yet. YAY!
