Re: Fat Belly
You guys should also consider doing some
parasite cleanses as well as
Liver Flushing afterwards.
Start colon cleansing and
parasite cleansing- then do more
Liver Flushes after a few weeks of that.
I am a 42 year old female who normally has a thin waist. However, last Summer, I gained weight unexplainably- and really put on weight on my waist. It looked like I was pregnant. I also passed alot of gas as well, and was constipated.
Turned out , I had liver flukes-- which are verrrrrrrrrry easy to pick up from not properly washed produce., or touching something contaminated in your garden and putting your hand to your face, etc.
I did some colon cleanses- - merely by just drinking alot of water and using psyllum husk/herbal capsules. One brand I used was "Super Colon Cleanse"
It scraped my colon out and then I did some
parasite cleanses with the following herbs:
1-
Black-Walnut Hull
2-
Wormwood
3- Cloves (from the spice section in your grocer)
4- Burdock Root
And i took this morning and night as well as kept on making an effort to clean my colon.
I also began eating much less meat and dairy and much more raw fruits , veggies and nuts. The dead fluke worms were then being passed out in my bowel movements, and my stomach slowly began to flatten more and more.
A distended stomach is a sign of
parasites that are multiplying more than they should be in you. Some kind of stuff they give off makes a gas that irritates your intestinal tract --which makes it bloat out.
Tape worm also does this.
Liver Flushes are very important to do- but you must do parasite cleanses first-- as the flushes wont get out any live
parasites still firmly attached to your liver.
Liver Flushes WILL flush out dead
parasites from the liver , however.
Sometimes, after previous parasite cleansing- you'll notice some stones eliminated during a
Liver Flush that has a few dead fluke worms attached to the stone!
Best of luck to you
