There is no hard and fast rule except to listen to your body. Everyone is different so what may work well for one may be too fast for another. What health issues do you have?
You can do a liver cleanse whenever, just best to do Liver Flushes between 2 weeks and 2 months apart. Any closer and the 'stones' in the back haven't moved forward yet, any further and you could be creating stones* faster than removing them. (*Due to diet, environment, stress, etc. - a stagnant liver will produce stones much more quickly than a 'clean' one, which is why it's suggested to continue Liver Flushing until you have 3 consecutive flushes with no stones at all and then follow up with yearly or bi-yearly maintainance flushes.)
The BEST thing to help the kidneys is to drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of pure, filtered water daily (not tap) (a 150 lb person needs 75oz of water) and to stop drinking sweetened drinks and eating things made with white Sugar or chemical colorings, flavors, or preservatives . Since it's Watermelon season, I pick up fresh pressed Watermelon juice from my farmers market (watch them press it) and drink about 16 oz every other day. Aside from people with kidney or urinary tract issues, kidney cleansing tends to be the least taxing detox. Unless you have truly serious health issues, a kidney cleanse and a Liver Flush can be done back to back.
All in all, your body knows best how long to wait between flushes. I noticed that you didn't have a Bowel Cleanse listed unless you're doing a Master Cleanse for that? You may want to check further into bowel cleansing beyond just a Master Cleanse / Fast.
