i appreciate and thanks to your views, as your support give me emotional and physical support. Now i am able to mentally prepare myself to continue with flush as it is the ultimate solutions without cutting my gb.
My weight is 57 kgs (as i have lost 12 kgs after having gb problem)
My flush procedure :-
1. Four days before flush i take apple juice twice in a day for four days.
2. On Friday take green vegetables and boiled cereals.
3. In the friday evening I take One tablespoon of
Epsom Salt at about 6.00 pm
4. At 10.00 pm Sharp i take 125 ml olive oil + 125 ml Lemon Juice. and lie down on my right side perfectly still for about 30 minutes and then sleep.
5. Next day morning i.e. saturday take one table spoon of
Epsom Salt at 6.00 am
----- then i started passing gall stones. Next day i take green vegetables and fruit like water melon etc. and some boiled cereals whole day. On the next day i eat normally. Like Boiled rice with curd, boiled vegetables etc. etc. BUT NOW I THINK THAT AFTER WHOLE WEEK AFTER FLUSH I HAVE TO EAT VERY VERY LIGHT.
