1 more question on people who flush with no gallbladder (telman?)

Since the gallbladder is gone and there is less bile, will the stones still be pushed at the same force as person who still has their gallbladder? Could another risk be that the bile flow isn't strong enough and possibly get a stone stuck somewhere dangerous? I ask because my mothers doctor told her to take care of what she eats because she has an ilnflamed liver.. I guess there's already stones there and that's what causing inflammation in the first place. And anyone who has had their gallbladder removed MUST have to have stones in the liver, so I guess it makes sense. I think a flush will be necessary for her but I want to feel sure in my heart
