You mentioned eating healthier. In what types of things are you eating. If it is more leafy vegatables they are high in vitamin K which could be causing a blood flow issue. I have a similar problem, and have gotten some help from vitamin E. The risk to that is you are thinning your blood you have to be carefull, and take it in small amounts for starters. The recommended dose is in only 400iu I myself am taking more than that.
