I think it's ok.
I've had a one week setback by accidentally eating mushrooms, but drinking goat kefir only makes me tired for a few hours after eating it. Some people said that this might mean it's an allergy - and I think that could be right, I've heard it could be a bad thing to have if you suffer from leaky gut.
I'm on Bee's candida diet except for having the kefir sometimes, as I like it mixed with coconut oil and organic almond butter as the only dessert I know of.
So try it for yourself, as I said, I haven't had a setback with it.

PS: I'm on my 6th week on the diet, this is my second diet, first one was 8 years ago and cleared up the major symptoms.
