have you seen any difference/evolution in the spit test since you started the diet? If you didn't bother doing it after a while, could you try it next morning and try and find some differences, if any, please?
Rather than dismissing the test, I would like to describe it accurately enough to determine the stages at which we are in getting rid of the yeast. If that doesn't work then maybe the test isn't saying much.
An example of differences you may have noticed:
- the strength/opacity of the legs,
- do the legs dissolved easily if you move the water a bit,
- the opacity/density of the particles after 15 mins, etc
Of course it would be great if you (or anyone) did this with something else than tap water, and using same water all along.
I've noticed a few differences myself which I will mention later on.
