So your statement is that chia seed do not need to be ground for absorbing bioactive matters inside the seed?
If Chia seed is only hydrated and then ingested in that jello form there is no risk that seed would just pass through the intestinal system ?
My speculation was that jello form and whole seeds
( atlhough seeds are tinny ) have some bioactivity
( protein and unsaturated fats and anti-oxidants - I guess
vitamin E ) but if i grind the seeds ( of course carefully )
I can raise bioavailibility of those bioactive sources.
Ok I can join you in doubts on grinding and then hydrating because of hydrolising of open content of the seeds ( when grinding ) but I speculated that this way I still get more than just ingesting whole seeds in jello hydrated form.
That is where my question began how to optimize these process based on speculations. Of course I would rather be capable to somehow verify and validate those speculations in future but I guess step by step the answer would come.
Till that moment I presumed that optimum would be if I preserve grinding of the chia seeds but instead of hydrating in water I use some vitmain E and other antiu-oxidant rich liquid. As I recall from some article barley juice is very rich vith vitamin E so as with other anti-oxidants ( it is true I have no explanation for SOD enzyme - super oxid dismutase ...which is responsible for
oxygenating in cells ).

There is similar challenge with rasperries and blackberries.
They are known on very high bioactivity ( if ingesting in some regular and extreme protocol ) for heavy cancer ilnesses or auto-immunity problems. But as I recall from some article the main power of raspberries and blackberries is in those small tinny seeds ( rich with essential fats - right mix of saturated and unsaturated ). And if I ingest raspberries or blackberries just blended or juiced or just like that there is risk I avoid the most valuable part.
That is why fruits of raspberries and blacberries supposed to be grinded in such way that those tinny seeds are also ground. I did this with Omega 8005 juicer where seeds could be ground with fruit ( but not sure because of viscosity of the fruit meat )?
Otherways I guess those seeds are just passing through intestinal with fibers .

I will add growing plates with sunflower sprouted seeds to
barley and wheatgrass plates on my balcony. I am looking forward to start it. I guess that growing sunflower as baby plants for juicing and smoothies is even more easier than wheatgrass and barley?
