I once experienced what you are describing in your post which took up a good 10 years of my life. As a teenager my parents took me to just about every specialist there is here in California and in various other countries but nothing seemed to work. As I got older I realized that nothing was really going to work for me so I Finally gave up on the medical industry stopped taking steroids and lithium and began consulting a naturalist that has me on a pretty strict diet. I can honestly say that I began to live my life at 26. The headaches still linger around from time to time but they are not as frequent. You pretty much have to eliminate Sugar consumption all together and just about everything that tastes good (ex: eating out). Sodium, yeast, various oils and spices can set your sinuses off within minutes. I swim on a regular basis and I have found that this really helps me get rid of the pain even if it is for a few hours. I rinse my nostrils with warm water combined with a few drops of grapefruit and Sea Salt which also seems to tame the inflammation. You might want to detox your body on a regular basis (ex: colonic) and drink lots and lots of water. Meditation and Yoga is also key towards keeping the headaches away. Try to stay away from using heavy colognes or surround yourself around a lot of scents. Stay away from smog infested cities and check your house or building for mold. I had to leave Los Angeles and move to the sticks and believe me it makes a difference.
