Parasite Cleanse then Liver Flush?? I am fasting now..

I am on day 5 of a Master-Cleanse cleanse fast...feel great with a few bumps but nothing major. My first concern is the NO NO NO bowel movements. I can do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) without gagging...I've tried more than once. I can never finish the recommended amount and then nothing comes out anyway ( I measure carefully). I take a laxative tea every night and I took one again this morning. Anything I can do to help things mmooovvveee along?

Also I would like to try a parasite cleanse and Liver Flush after this at some point. Where can I get good reading on proper preparation time and proper procedure??? I want to do this right...I don't want to die! LOL I've read some horror stories hear as well as great ones.
