I use a vibrating massager on my entire abdomen and chest right before drinking the oil. Then I lay on my back for 30 minutes or so after the oil, then switch to my right side for sleep. Also, I sometimes use a heating pad while I am on my back for those 30 minutes. I am not sure about the massager after the oil, maybe someone has tried that. Just remember, over time you will find what works for you and you can make adjustments and settle into a routine, everyone is different. Good luck on your second flush!
