Chali12, I have been working with Dorine from Dr Lam's office and can recommend her. I started with their free consultation, Dr. Lam was not available (not taking more patients), Dorine was. Not sure why you have had such a hard time connecting with them other than that they appear to be very busy with all the AF cases. I have seen in other posts referencing other doctors experienced in AF, they are out there - you may have to search thru alot of old posts to find them.
As for supplements, I started on Dr Wilson's supplements per his Adrenal Fatigue book. Got slighly better but very jittery. I stopped taking the glandular supplements as well as some vitamin supplements (multi B, NAC, fish oil, etc) after Dorine stated they were too stimulatory. Basically had to start over on my treatment - I think this is very common - Wilson's book is outdated on the treatment. Dorine recommends Liponano C, C-support, Quantum C, Pandrenal and I also take some Panthenic acid. The Liponano C is a bit expensive but it really seems to work. But remember, each person is different in what they can tolerate and how they react to it.
I have seen pretty steady improvement over the last couple months and have had some pretty energetic days return, not consistent yet, but getting there - so I know the Dr Lam's protocol works.
