I am looking right know sunflower seeds in plates for growing.
To what height should I grow baby plants suitable for :
b) green smoothies in combination with fruits
c) for salads
My default feeling is that to the same height as wheatgrass or barleygrass ? Or is it different?
According to your comment about good taste of sunflower greens I am thinking to replace wheatgrass with sunflower for the children because in case of wheatgrass I have to add a lot of pineapple since the taste is not very acceptable.
My question is with what fruits may I mix sunflower greens
( so as juiced form as blended form ) so that there is as few as possible conflict ( potential fat oxidizing, enzyme conflicts )?
