nor the ultimate goal of what will make you be and feel healthy. The MC is just a tool to get the junk out of your system so it will operate more efficiently no more no less. It is not a magic bullet that will make you skinny and healthy. Health and weight loss is a much bigger picture that requires a lifestyle change.
Your main focus should be balanced nutrition and regular exercise. Study up on nutrition and find into a program that resonates for you. I ain't taking "diet" programs either. I'm talking healthy balanced nutrition program. Weightloss is not a thing in and of itself. It is a HEALTH issue. DIETING DOES NOT WORK.
Start with a 10-15 day MC to kick start your intentions and resolve. Begin exercising regularly. Dive head on into whatever nutritional program that resonated for you. Do all of this 1st and once you find a doable reasonable groove that works for you then you can start thinking about a longer fast. This will cement your resolve and give you a more realistic experience of how to get healthy and maintain this health and not just plunging in a 65 day program out of desperation without the background and educating yourself of what it "realistically" takes to be healthy.
