Part of healing is making sure you get everything you need. You can't get everything you need by guessing what supplements you need. EAT BETTER!
There are SOOOOOOOO many nutrients we haven't yet discovered in foods. Phytonutrients and vitamins and blah blah blah. You can't get better by only doing two vitamins.
Juicing veggies and some fruits gets you everyhthing. Did you know cucumbers are high in b vitamins and amino acids?
And I recently learned, water kefir has vitamins, some b's, and also, so FILL YOU digestive tract with massive amounts of healthy bacteria that produce vitims right in your own body! B6 B12 folic acid, blah blah blah, not to mention crown out any unwanted crap.
Tastes like beer too. And SUPER EASY TO MAKE! You can get some from Uny, or even ebay. Cheap and helathy and if you feed them they last FOREVER and multiply and then you can give them away. Some people say they eat them. I haven't tried that yet, and want to find out waht people say abou tthat first.
