Yes, eating better is key. I think juicing can be beneficial only if you're in certain stages of AF? I bought an expensive juicer a few months back but unfortunately my body was so weak, it had a detox reaction just from the juice! Also, hypoglycemia was worsened, even from adding a couple carrots or tiny slice of apple to mixtures like celery, broccoli, kale, cucumber, ginger. juicing made my AF worse, but as soon as my AF improves and my body can take the detox reactions, I can't wait to try juicing again.
