hey, what are your takes on fatigue after eating? are there any specific reasons why one would become drowsy after eating? I mean eating anything, it can be a few florets of raw broccoli or a whole meal with protein and all. so i dont think its food allergies. is it just that my body is soo taxed by any digestion that it has to partially shut down? this fatigue can last for hours! is there anything that anyone has found that has worked for them for this problem?
