Any sugar can be dangerous.

soy products, canola oil etc. as these cost the life of many people everyday,

I have written about the myths about these products many times.  But hyperparanoid groups keep posting the same misinformation on soy and canola despite the claims having been discredited numerous times.

whereas the gall bladder flush hasn't ever killed anyone afaik. And you don't even know about possible benefits of the flushes!

Soy and canola have never killed anyone other than maybe from an allergic reaction, which can occur with most anything.  But something does not have to be deadly to be dangerous.  These "flushes" can lead to lodging a real stone in the bile ducts, which can be deadly if not treated quickly with emergency surgery.
