Re: hypothyroid, pregnant, adrenal exhaustion, low vitamin D levels
I had all the same things you said when I was pregnant over six years ago. I know it is very scary to be in that place. I was often terrified that my baby would be severely damaged. I didn't know what to do at all at that time, so I just prayed a lot, ate as healthy as I knew how, and took lots of superfoods, etc. My baby was born without any noticeable issues. She is almost six years old now, and does have some health weaknesses I can tell, but nothing at all serious yet. I can just tell she's not perfectly strong in her health, and I will continue to seek answers for us both. But my daughter has been one of the greatest joys of my life ever since she has been born. She has tons of energy and is as smart as a whip. I sometimes get down knowing she's not perfectly healthy because I wasn't when I was pregnant, but I just have to let that go, and do all I know to do for her, and know that me and her will be on this journey together.
I will pray for you! Again, I know how scary it is. I didn't have curezone when I was pregnant, so you may be able to find great answers that could help that I didn't have. But try not to worry cause that sure doesn't help. Try to just relax and get a lot of rest. God made the body amazing, and even if severely compromised, the baby will often be just fine. If my situation turned out as well as it did, hopefully so can yours. I wish you could meet my little girl, and see how great she is, and that would inspire you.
I hope this helps.
Also, maybe try some fresh vegetable
juicing to add to your diet. You get such dense nutrition easily that way. Of all I do,
juicing seems to help the most. And superfoods are so good too if you can handle them.
Try to get out in the sun a lot if you can, even in the winter. I open a window in the winter, in the bedroom where it shines in, and I take the screen out of the window. It helps.
