I recently started making my own yogurt at home with coconut milk. I boil the milk to kill any bacteria then cool it to about 40degrees. I sterilize a glass jar and put the milk in the jar. I take about 3 ounces of the milk and mix in about 5 probiotic capsules. I've learned the hard way, cheap probiotics don't work. You'll have to buy the pricier ones. I then keep it in my oven under very low heat so it stays warm. I check on it every 4-6 hours for 24 hours. I like my really sour so at the end of 24 hours I can tell most of the Sugar has been used up as it's really tart. I keep it in the fridge and drink half a cup (minimum) daily. I love the taste and I hope to continue doing this in addition to my candida protocol.
