I was the same way. Telling all my friends what a great concept it was. The only side effects explained to me was that it may fall out or need to be surgically removed. I wish I had done my homework. I wish I could turn back time. Just keep your focus and read the endless entries from women all over the world being affected by this evil device. You may want to look up "mirena crash" to prepare yourself for post removal issues. I had mine in for 9 months and I am almost 2 months post removal. Keep in touch and let us know how you are.
