Mirena and silicone

I have a question. It seems that silicone has been getting into our bloodstream from the Mirena,which Bayer stated could not happen. If silicone is causing our symptoms how can we rid our bodies of this poison? Also it needs to be known that silicone levels will not show up in ANA's. It is a separate blood draw that has to be sent to a special lab for testing.
