Do you eat healthy, brush and floss but have cavities anyway?

Most of my adult life I have been eating what I consider to be healthy, mostly vegetarian, whole grain breads, lots of nuts, beans, raw milk cheeses, free range cage free eggs, veggies and fruits.

Occasionally I will eat some ethically raised meat and I just started drinking raw milk within the last 4 months.
I have still had tooth decay despite great brushing and flossing habits, etc. It has not been enough to see a dentist and I am learning to heal myself.
I sometimes grind my teeth at night and I bought a sports guard for $10 at a sporting goods store and that really helps.

Recently I found this info about phytic acid. It naturally occurs in many of the things I eat and it chelates healthy minerals such as calcium, right out of the body! ugh!

I wondered if any of you have noticed this as an issue. I am currently doing a daily comfrey root tea (boneknit) rinse that I will only do until my teeth have healed. Herbalists say not to swallow it and use it for limited periods since it can be hard on your liver. For dental hygiene, I use Liquid Dentist, ORA-MED oil with a rubber tipped gum stimulator, Tooth Soap, and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract rinse. (not in that order)

I have just started eating one powdered eggshell per day and have been oil pulling with coconut oil 1-2x daily for the past two months.

I just discovered this link and I hope it helps you and I will keep you posted of my progress:
