Re: gallbladder/liver flush help pleaseee

The most common liver-flush protocol is called the Hulda Clark . This is a link to the recipe:

//www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp

You will see that Epsom Salt is taken a total of 4 times:
Dose 1, day 1 at 18:00 hrs
Dose 2, day 1 at 20:00 hrs
Olive oil and citric acid potion, day 1 at 22:00 hrs
Dose 3, day 2 at (when you wake) say at 08:00 hrs
Dose 4, day 2 at (2 hours later) at 10:00 hrs

Dose 1 and 2 are preparation for the liver-flush potion. The purpose is to make sure the upper digestive tract is empty. The Epsom Salts also relaxes the smooth muscles of the biliary system and increases activity of the gut. The combination of magnesium and sulphate found in Epsom Salts has the same effect as a hormone and causes the gallbladder to contract fully. This only happens when the the Epsom Salts and water is at the right solution strength. If you take the Epsom salts in capsules it adds another variable in that they will not combine with fluid in he stomach to form the correct solution strength. Typical vegetable gelatin capsules take 2 to 5 minutes to disintegrate. I am concerned this may alter the effectiveness of the Epsom Salt in solution.
