I have read in a few places that lecithin is supposed to be good for the gallbladder. Does anyone know how much you need to take to get results and what kind is best? I have seen "soy-lecithin" capsules, lecithin in liquid form, or plain lecithin capsules. I am currently using lecithin capsules that are 400mg each. I take two in the evening. They are Sun Valley brand from Wal-Mart. Any thoughts on this supplement?
