lower back pain, kidney area

I did a flush two days ago. Following day had a terrible backache. It was in the kidney area. Two days later it still feels very painful in that area. Did something go wrong? Has anyone had this problem with the kidneys after a flush?
What should I do? I am thinking about doing another flush today, but I am not sure if that will fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
