1st flush,those stones are coming out! suces

Hey all,
Did my 1st flush,using hulda`s recipe. Last night stomach felt odd after the olive oil & grapefruit. then woke throughout night,seemed like i heard odd noises from my stomach.
Didnt feel anything weird today,thought i might,also thought how can this weird epsom salt/olive oil concoctution do anything! but then i went to the toilet & had some stones come out ,id say a dozen small,dozen big,im surprised how big they r,& how green they are inside. i cut one apart. its only 11.18am here,this isnt over yet,im guesing ill pass more.
i suffer from cfs,no idea how i`ll feel,hope some symptoms will ease,
