Re: Feeling Depressed and Suicidal
Tom.
I am so sorry that you are going through this and feeling this way. Severe depression is not to be taken lightly. The thing is, depression is a subtle process where when not addressed, it grows to severe proportions. And sometimes it is even hard to address because the people around us may not understand and this makes it very difficult if not impossible to reach out. So we withdraw. I want you to know that we at Curezone do care and many of us do understand. I am glad that you made this post, because you did reach out, and we are here for you. I know from experience that severe depression can very well result in suicidal thoughts and even suicide. Not many people understand what true loss of hope really is. But I implore you to hang on to that hope, because there is always a solution. If you feel hopeless at any time, please contact me.
Okay......... Two things, among the many other good suggestions that may help you are:
Epsom salt baths. The magnesium content in epsom salts will help to relax and give you a feeling of wellbeing. Bathing in epsom salts raises serotonin levels. Add two cups of epsom salt to your bath water and soak in it for at least 12 minutes several times a week.
The second thing you can do is take one tablespoon of food grade diatomaceous earth daily. As diatomaceous earth goes through your digestive tract, not only does it scrub the intestine walls but it absorbs and traps all types of pathogens, bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, and it even absorbs and traps all types of toxins which are then eliminated from your body.
Try these two. Above all, please know that there are people who care that you can reach out to.
My Best,
Luella
