Hvragerthi,
I read another post where you explain acids produced by good bacteria like acid acetic, lactic acid, fatty acid .
Do you think I could add this in my food through apple cider vinegar , kefir or fermented dairy and oils like olive oil or butter to improve the situation ?
It is true that fiber have been missing in my diet since I take mainly white rice as main source of carbs.
The problem with trying to increase acidity in the intestines with ACV is that the acids will be neutralized by bicarbonate as they leave the stomach. Fermented dairy products or even non-daily fermented foods such as sauerkraut and miso will help with establishing the acid forming Lactobacilus bacteria. For the fatty acids coconut oil would be a better choice since some of its fatty acids are directly antiseptic.
