Someone that is disciplined enough to eliminate so many things from their diet, is someone we can all learn from.
I don't know about the Vitamin C, but I have had some unbeleivably great days, when I eat foods with very little choline, probiotics, B2, and Charcoal tablets, and no caffeine. I also try to exercise and sweat everyday.
My problem is that it is just so hard to follow this diet for long periods of time.
Give yourself at least 9 days of following the above, and
then ask someone that you can trust if they notice a difference in your smell.
